About us
Anuşka's Atölyesi is a company producing puppet, shadow shows, workshops, online videos and theatre performances for children and adults.
In 2018, after performing "King Midas' Ears" in Bodrum Deneme Sahnesi during the season, we participated to the 13th International Izmir Puppet Days. During the pandemic period, we created online videos on youtube with puppets adapted from classical fairy tales. In 2021, "Mythological Stories", which we co-produced with İKSV Alt Kat, was included in the official International Istanbul Theatre Festival programme and broascast on İKSV's youtube channel. In 2022, we took part in the creative team and designed special masks for the ‘I Am Animal’ section of the special project ‘Istanbul Mon Amour’ at the International Istanbul Theatre Festival. The company reinterpreted Ferhan Şensoy's adaptation of Karl Valentin's text "A Song with a Tram in it" and presented it in Bodrum Ak'la Kara Sahnesi during the 2023-2024 season.
"Mythological Stories" has successfully met audiences at prominent venues and festivals, including Moda Sahnesi (Istanbul), the International Kosovo Theater Festival, Paribu Art, ENKA Sanat, and most recently, the Sabancı Museum's "Müzede Sahne" (Stage at the Museum).
